MATERIAL VERIFICATION BEFORE PRODUCT INTEGRATION
A separate stage of our process is laboratory testing of materials. We verify fabrics against declared properties, evaluate material behavior under load, control finishing quality and check consistency of characteristics. This allows production to use not a random textile, but a predictable material with clear operational behavior
PARA-ARAMID FABRIC FOR PROTECTIVE SOLUTIONS
Para-aramid fabric is used where high ballistic strength, thermal resistance and material stability are required inside a protective product. These fabrics form the basis for solutions where energy absorption, fiber strength and predictable package performance under load remain critical
TK-260 AND MATERIALS FOR THERMAL-RISK ENVIRONMENTS
TK-260 flame-resistant fabric is focused on tasks where self-extinguishing properties, open-flame resistance and protection against molten metal splashes are important. These materials are used for specialized clothing and products that must retain protective properties under high-temperature exposure
TPS-31 AND TPS-32 FOR PROTECTION, RESISTANCE AND DURABILITY
TPS-31 Type 1 and TPS-32 Type 2 are high-strength polyamide fabrics with polyurethane coating, developed for products that require protective properties, resistance to external impact and durability in demanding use conditions. These materials are used for equipment, technical elements and specialized constructions
ZAKHYST-12 AND ZAKHYST-15 FOR UNIFORMS AND FIELD EQUIPMENT
The ZAKHYST-12 and ZAKHYST-15 lineup is used for field clothing, equipment elements and products where comfort, abrasion resistance, stable fit and durability in service conditions must work together. We work with different weave types, including twill and ripstop, as well as different fiber compositions for a specific task
ESD, TPS-10 AND TPS-11 FOR TECHNICAL PRODUCT LAYERS
ESD antistatic fabric with carbon conductive thread is used in solutions where spark safety and static charge control are important. TPS-10 and TPS-11 lining fabrics are used as technical layers in product construction where density, reinforcement, stability and compatibility with primary protective materials are required
